While elderly Democrats are fleeing DC by the day, a certain one from the People’s Republic of San Francisco continues to soldier on despite her clearly declining faculties.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi held a press conference in San Francisco today with small business owners and community leaders as part of the House Democrats’ “Cost of Living Week of Action.” The purpose of the address was to whine about Trump’s tariffs and economic policies.
But what should have been a relatively uneventful speech went viral after Pelosi had some further complications, which will only heighten the cries for her to finally step down.
In the video below, Pelosi starts mumbling some indecipherable words while completely unaware of where the mic is. A few seconds later, a staffer steps in to lower the mic while she looks blankly.
Pelosi then muddles and slurs through her speech, praising small businesses and her fellow Democrats while taking shots at Trump.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Pelosi has had disturbing episodes that have raised serious concerns regarding her health. For years she has been seen during press conferences and interviews not only slurring her words, but also having brain freezes.
Even worse, Pelosi suffered a fractured hip during a fall in Luxembourg last December and was hospitalized. It does not take a genius to figure out how potentially dire such an injury could prove to an elderly person like Pelosi.
Despite these concerns, she is running for re-election in 2026.
Scenes like the one today should provide a strong sense of urgency in imposing congressional term limits.
Unfortunately, many members of Congress want to maintain power at all costs.
