President-elect Donald Trump has appointed renowned actors Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone as Special Ambassadors to Hollywood.
Trump expressed his confidence in this trio to restore Hollywood to its former glory.
Hollywood has increasingly become a breeding ground for radical leftist ideologies, pushing “woke” agendas.
Even leftist actress Alyssa Milano admitted during a conversation with AOL that, “[Hollywood] is left-leaning for sure, for better or for worse. There’s a certain tunnel vision to these ideologies. I think artists … are always going to be left-leaning because it’s just more inclusive. More tolerant.”
Despite the industry’s relentless push, the American public isn’t buying it. Viewership of the Oscars has plummeted by more than 75% in the last decade.
High-profile box office failures like Disney’s Lightyear and “Spidey-Verse” – a “gay Spider-Man” reveal that audiences are fed up with woke content churned out by Hollywood elites.
Meanwhile, conservative films like Sound of Freedom and independent creators who embrace traditional values have found massive success.
Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to share the news:
“It is my honor to announce Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone, to be Special Ambassadors to a great but very troubled place, Hollywood, California.
They will serve as Special Envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to Foreign Countries, BACK—BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!
These three very talented people will be my eyes and ears, and I will get done what they suggest. It will again be, like The United States of America itself, The Golden Age of Hollywood!”
