Canadian leaders cannot contain themselves as President Trump continues to dunk all over their weaker nation.
As The Daily Mail reported, Ontario Premier Doug Ford, a member of Canada’s Progressive Conservative Party, was fuming over Trump’s continued trolling over buying Canada and proceeded to completely embarrass himself.
Reporters on Tuesday got the chance to interrogate Ford, who is infamous for spending like disgraced now-former Canadian Prime minster Justin Trudeau and barbaric COVID lockdown policies, over Trump’s comments. Ford responded with an outlandish statement that should only provoke laughter from the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president.
After hailing Canada and Ontario, Ford proceeded to make a counteroffer to Trump to buy two American states.
“We have the greatest country in the world,” Ford told reporters. “We have the greatest province anywhere.”
“You know something, to the president I’ll make him a counteroffer,” he added.”How about if we buy Alaska and throw in Minnesota and Minneapolis at the same time?”
For the record, Minneapolis is a city in Minnesota, not a state. Thus, he is proposing only buying Alaska and Minnesota.
It’s not clear if Ford understands the difference between states and cities, though.

On a side note, this is also apparently what passes for conservatism in Canada.
This also marks the second time in as many days a Canadian leader has made outlandish statements regarding purchasing American states. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Canada’s Green Party leader, Elizabeth May, took aim at President-elect Donald Trump, offering a wild “proposal” to annex California, Oregon, and Washington into Canada.
“Hey, Donald, have we got a deal for you,” she spouted. “You think we want to be the 51st state? Nah, but maybe California would like to be the 11th province.”
“How about it? California, Oregon, Washington—you’ve got geography in common with us.”
