The US Judicial Conference on Thursday evening rejected another Democrat plot to launch a lawfare attack on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
The Democrat-media complex is harassing Clarence Thomas because the ultimate goal is to expand the Supreme Court.
Last year Propublica launched an attack on Clarence Thomas because he took vacations with a billionaire Republican donor.
Harlan Crow, a prominent Republican donor, treated Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginni, to lavish vacations.
Last year the federal judiciary changed the rules and said private jet travel paid for by others must be disclosed.
Clarence Thomas previously released a statement on his private jet travels paid for by Harlan Crow.
“Harlan and Kathy Crow are among our dearest friends, and we have been friends for over twenty-five years,” Thomas said in a statement.
This wasn’t good enough.
In an unprecedented move, Senator Durbin attacked the judicial branch and demanded Roberts testify on ethics reform.
Justice Roberts declined and said it is important to preserve judicial independence.
The Democrats continued to harass Clarence Thomas and even tried to refer him to the Justice Department.
The Judicial Body rejected their request.
“Justice Thomas has filed amended financial disclosure statements that address several issues identified in your letter. In addition, he has agreed to follow the relevant guidance issued to other federal judges, which would include the guidance mentioned above,” Judge Robert Conrad wrote.
“We have no reason to believe he has done anything less,” Judge Conrad wrote.

The federal courts will not refer allegations that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas may have violated ethics laws to the Justice Department, the judiciary’s policymaking body said Thursday.
Thomas has agreed to follow updated requirements on reporting trips and gifts, including clearer guidelines on hospitality from friends, the U.S. Judicial Conference wrote to Democratic senators who had called for an investigation into undisclosed acceptance of luxury trips.
Thomas has previously said he wasn’t required to disclose the many trips he and his wife took that were paid for by wealthy benefactors like Republican megadonor Harlan Crow because they are close personal friends. The court didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday.
